Rooms & Reservations
Reservations to utilize church facilities can be made on the HUB, by calling the church office at 952-432-5527, or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the date and time you are requesting are available, we will be happy to add your event to the calendar.
The church is most commonly booked for events related to Good Shepherd Ministry, however groups from outside Good Shepherd can request use of the facility.
Since we do not have a rental or custodian to oversee outside groups, it is best if public groups have a member contact who is responsible while the group is using the building.
The fastest way for GS members to reserve rooms is to use the HUB, go to your group that is using the room, create a calendar event and reserve the room in conjunction with the event.
For members and GS leaders, you can reserve rooms through the HUB.
While we will do our best to accommodate all requests, please note that the church is often a busy place and room reservations are available on a first come first served basis. It is always a good idea to make your reservations as far in advance as possible.
When using a room, please indicate if you need set up or clean up time and book the room for the entire time you will need it.
We do not have man power to set up the room for you – so please plan to move it as you need it for the time you are using it.
The person booking the room is responsible for the clean-up of the room.
* do not leave food trash (no food in trash or take it out)
* put the room back in the “standard set up” (see diagram by the door)
* clean up as needed when you are done (wipe tables, put chairs back and vacuum if needed)
