History

Good Shepherd Lutheran School opened its doors in September, 1980.  The school began with just grades K-4 and operated with those grade levels until 1982.  During that year grades 5-8 were added. In 2004, the preschool program was added, and the school continues to serve grades Preschool through 8.

In 1997 the school moved from its original site on CR 42 to its current location.  In 2005 the school celebrated its 25th anniversary, and later that year dedicated a new, physical addition to the building.  The school continues to serve as a ministry to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church and as a means to bring excellent, Christian education to the surrounding community.  To God be the glory!
