Staff Role at Good Shepherd: Administrative Assistant

Favorite Bible Passage: Proverbs 3:5 – Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.  I have been through ups and downs throughout my life (as most people do) and this verse is always comforting to know that God has always got it! I may not understand why, but God has His plans and reasons, and I know I can trust Him.

Why Mrs. Guldberg wanted to work at Good Shepherd: I have always loved volunteering in my children’s schools. I love being in a place where Jesus is taught every day.

Mrs. Guldberg’s philosophy: Love each other like Christ loved us. Smile and try to bring joy to everyone I meet. A smile is free and sometimes it can be the one thing to brighten someone’s day.

Education: I graduated with a degree in Elementary and Special Education.

Experience: I have been blessed to be a stay at home mom for the past 20 years. That has given me a lot of experience in working with schedules, getting things done by a deadline, being organized, juggling multiple items at once. Prior to that I was an assistant store manager at a garden nursery.

Home Life: My husband and I have been together for a very long time. We enjoy watching our children grow up and seeing how God plans to use them to His glory. As a family we enjoy traveling and hope to eventually visit all 50 states. We also all love to fish and be outdoors. Cheering on the Minnesota Gophers (through the good and the bad) has also become a family activity… we wear our maroon and gold proudly.
